Job Description

Lead multiple projects end-to-end, from preconstruction/advisory through closeout

Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout lifecycle

Manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and overall project delivery

Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies

Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment and execution

Run project meetings and provide detailed reporting to stakeholders

Review and approve contracts, change orders, and financial documentation

Mentor and support junior team members while driving team performance

Contribute to business development by building relationships and identifying new opportunities

Support proposals, client presentations, and pursuit strategies

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of construction/project management or owner's rep experience

Strong background delivering corporate office/interiors projects (tech, law, etc.)

Proven ability to lead projects independently from concept to completion

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (3-6 at a time)

Established AEC network with demonstrated ability to bring in new work

Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing and mentoring teams

Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam

Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contracts

Degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred

PMP or CCM certification (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to travel to project sites and attend client meetings as required
