Senior Project ManagerOur client specializes in complex healthcare, life science, and institutional construction projects. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare environments while maintaining rigorous compliance with California healthcare construction regulations. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in acute care hospitals, medical office buildings, surgical centers, and healthcare renovations within active medical environments.Our Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:Leading OSHPD/HCAI-regulated healthcare construction projects.Managing all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.Coordinating with hospital clients, healthcare administrators, architects, consultants, and HCAI personnel.Developing and maintaining budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and resource forecasts.Overseeing subcontractor performance and construction execution.Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permit documentation.Ensuring compliance with HCAI requirements, California Building Code, and healthcare facility regulations.Facilitating inspections, certifications, and agency approvals.Monitoring project financial performance and reporting.Mentoring project engineers and assistant project managers.The ideal Senior Superintendent will have:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.8+ years of healthcare construction experience.5+ years managing OSHPD/HCAI projects.Experience with acute care, hospital expansion, renovation, or medical facility construction.Strong knowledge of IOR processes, healthcare inspections, and regulatory compliance.Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.We are offering this role:A base salary between $180,000 and $210,000Annual performance incentiveMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage401(k) with employer contributionVehicle allowancePaid Time Off and HolidaysCareer advancement opportunities
