GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a long-established Southern California commercial and multifamily builder with healthcare, science and technology experience. The company is adding a Senior Project Manager - Multifamily, Healthcare, Science and Tech to its team in Los Angeles, CA. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Background in multifamily, healthcare, or science and technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex multifamily, healthcare or science and technology projects in the Los Angeles market
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs

Requirements

• Background in multifamily, healthcare, or science and technology projects.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
