Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical

A respected general contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical programs here. What You'll Do

• Lead large data center and mission-critical projects from early preconstruction through commissioning and turnover
• Own project financials, including budgets, forecasting, buyout, change management and schedule
• Build strong working relationships with owners, design partners and key electrical and mechanical trade partners
• Guide project teams and superintendents on safety, quality and phasing across multiple buildings
• Develop project managers, assistant project managers and project engineers
• Spot risks early and keep owners informed with honest, practical updates

What You Bring

• Senior-level project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical work (required)
• Deep familiarity with critical power, cooling, MEP-intensive coordination and integrated systems testing
• A track record of delivering complex projects on budget and on schedule
• A calm, approachable leadership style and strong communication skills
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
