Senior Project Manager - Healthcare ConstructionWe are partnering with a well-established, family-owned General Contractor with over 75 years of success throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Known for its strong reputation, employee-focused culture, and long-standing client relationships, the company delivers projects across healthcare, commercial, academic, biotech, manufacturing, and multifamily sectors. The firm generates approximately $50M in annual revenue, self-performs select scopes of work, and specializes in preconstruction, design-build, construction management, and general contracting services. Much of their work occurs within occupied environments, requiring exceptional planning, communication, and execution.Manage multiple healthcare construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project financials, budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and profitability. Lead contract administration, change management, procurement, and risk mitigation efforts. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, field teams, consultants, and client stakeholders. Partner with estimating and preconstruction teams to support project planning and successful project delivery. Drive schedules, resource allocation, quality control, and project performance. Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
