Job Description

Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Evaluate project progress and implement adjustments as needed. Mentor and guide project team members to achieve goals. Prepare detailed project reports and present updates to leadership. Resolve project-related issues effectively and efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

Experience managing large-scale construction projects in the property industry. Open to experienced Project Managers seeking the next step in their career. Retail and grocery store ground up construction preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. What's on Offer
