We’re recruiting for an elite construction management firm — known in the data center industry for delivering some of the most complex, high-stakes, and high-profile projects in the country. Their leadership team and client roster are a who's who of hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation providers. This is your chance to lead a $6B flagship data center project in Amarillo, TX, from pre-construction through commissioning.

This isn’t just another PM role — it’s an opportunity to put your stamp on one of the largest greenfield data center builds in North America, while working alongside a team known for its award-winning culture, strategic rigor, and collaborative leadership style.

What You’ll Own

  • Command the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery.

  • Drive the master project schedule, managing critical path activities, and proactively mitigating risks.

  • Lead coordination between ownership, contractors, consultants, architects, and permitting authorities.

  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, change orders, and financial accountability.

  • Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and data center-specific construction best practices.

  • Manage all permitting, zoning, and regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee commissioning, systems testing, and handover to operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years in construction management, including direct data center project experience.

  • Strong background in general contracting, architecture, or engineering.

  • Deep understanding of MEP systems, mission-critical infrastructure, and data center best practices.

  • Ability to influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to zoom out while also diving into details as needed.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, including active listening and clear articulation of ideas.
