Job Details

Responsibilities
Lead multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously throughout all phases of construction
Manage project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting
Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with Superintendents and project teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Negotiate contracts, change orders, and project agreements
Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
Drive project planning, risk management, procurement, and execution strategies
Monitor project performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve cost, schedule, and quality outcomes
Lead owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, and executive-level project reviews
Review and approve project estimates, buyout strategies, subcontract agreements, and project forecasts
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company standards, and regulatory guidelines
Partner with field leadership to support safe and efficient project execution
Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists, final documentation, warranties, and owner turnover
Participate in business development and client relationship management efforts when appropriate

Qualifications
8+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
Demonstrated experience managing projects valued at $10M+ from preconstruction through closeout
Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and risk management
Experience leading project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
