Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator with extensive experience in heavy civil and roadway construction. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and estimating Federal, State, County, and City roadway projects, as well as sitework and public utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Prepare estimates, bids, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Review plans, specifications, quantities, and project costs.
• Track project progress, changes, and financial performance.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of heavy civil/roadway construction experience.
• Strong estimating and project management background.
• Experience with public-sector roadway and utility projects.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
