Senior Project Manager / Estimator

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Estimator with a strong background in large-scale site development and civil construction. The ideal candidate will have experience both estimating and managing projects involving excavation, earthwork, grading, utilities, and related civil scopes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and bids for large-scale civil/site development projects
• Manage projects from award through completion
• Oversee excavation, earthwork, grading, utilities, and other site development scopes
• Review plans, specifications, quantities, schedules, and project requirements
• Develop budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost projections
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Track project costs, progress, materials, and overall profitability
• Identify potential project risks and cost impacts
• Assist with business development and estimating efforts as needed
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in civil/site development construction
• Strong estimating and project management experience
• Experience with large-scale site development projects
• Strong background in excavation, earthwork, grading, underground utilities, and related civil work
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents
• Strong understanding of construction costs, scheduling, and project management
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
