The Project Manager is a member of the PMO and Digital Enablement organization and is responsible for leading the planning, execution, governance, coaching, and successful delivery of technology initiatives, products, programs, and strategic business outcomes. This role combines project management, delivery leadership, Agile team coaching, portfolio coordination, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and governance disciplines to ensure the predictable delivery of business value.

Working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Quality Engineering, Architects, Product Analysts, Business Stakeholders, Portfolio Leaders, and external vendors, the Project Manager provides leadership across delivery planning, execution management, Lean-Agile practices, flow optimization, risk management, organizational capability development, and continuous improvement.


Key Skills


+ Lead the planning, development, and implementation of technology initiatives, product enhancements and enterprise projects from discovery through closure while ensuring alignment to business objectives and portfolio priorities.

+ Build and maintain integrated project schedules, delivery plans, roadmaps, sprint plans, release plans, milestones, and dependency management plans across multiple workstreams and teams.

+ Develop realistic and achievable delivery plans addressing scope, resources, risks, dependencies, capacity constraints, financial considerations, schedules, and business commitments.

+ Drive successful execution across Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies while balancing speed, quality, governance, compliance, and business value.

+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning events, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops

+ Coach and mentor teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and delivery best practices to improve predictability, accountability, collaboration, and value delivery.

+ Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to improve backlog quality, prioritization, refinement practices, acceptance criteria, readiness, and alignment to organizational priorities.

+ Manage project and product constraints including scope, schedule, cost, quality, capacity, and resources while recommending adjustments necessary to achieve delivery objectives.

+ Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies while driving resolution plans through closure and ensuring transparency of delivery health.

+ Coordinate delivery activities across cross-functional teams, Agile Release Trains, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure integrated execution and successful outcomes.

+ Utilize delivery and flow metrics, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into progress, risks, trends, predictability, quality, and improvement opportunities.

+ Provide communications, status reporting, governance materials, portfolio updates, and decision-support documentation.

+ Engage business stakeholders, product teams, and technology leaders to align priorities, resolve conflicts, support decision-making, and achieve desired business outcomes.

+ Support financial planning, forecasting, budget management, resource allocation, and capacity planning activities.

+ Lead retrospectives, lessons learned reviews, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance delivery processes, governance practices, and team effectiveness.

+ Apply leadership, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills to drive decisions, remove impediments, and achieve successful business outcomes.


Additional Requirements


+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, teams, competing priorities, and complex cross-functional programs within business and technology environments.

+ Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Waterfall, Lean, and Hybrid delivery methodologies with the ability to apply the appropriate approach based on business needs.

+ Experience supporting portfolio governance, steering committees, quarterly planning processes, executive reviews, and investment prioritization activities.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to leverage metrics and data to drive outcomes.

+ Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, team enablement, and delivery accountability.

+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

+ 8+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, Agile leadership, Scrum leadership, project delivery, team coaching, or related disciplines.

+ Proven experience leading technology initiatives within complex, cross-functional organizations and enterprise Agile environments.

+ PMP certification preferred.

+ Scrum Master, SAFe, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, Lean, Agile, or related certifications preferred.

+ Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planisware/Planview, Power BI, and similar delivery management and reporting tools.

+ Experience managing vendor-delivered work and third-party implementation partners preferred.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.


If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.


The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
