Description

Most owner-side PM roles involve managing spreadsheets and sitting in meetings. This one still requires strong construction management skills, but you'll also help expand a proven nonprofit model that has already changed thousands of lives across Kentucky. You'll manage projects from concept through completion while working directly with ownership, leadership, consultants, and General Contractors.

Description

* Lead renovation and redevelopment projects tied to new facility expansions throughout Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati market

* Manage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors from early planning through project turnover

* Develop budgets, review estimates, manage schedules, and maintain tight control of project costs

* Run RFP and bid processes while holding General Contractors accountable for execution, quality, and schedule

* Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and ownership while conducting site visits and progress meetings

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

* 8+ years of commercial construction management experience

* Experience delivering renovation, redevelopment, adaptive reuse, or commercial building projects

* Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control capabilities

* Ability to think like an owner and manage outside General Contractors effectively

* Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with executives, consultants, and project stakeholders

Job Offer

Salary: $110,000 - $165,000 + bonus.
