Role Overview
Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise networking and IT infrastructure initiatives in a matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will drive projects from planning through execution while ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of consecutive Project Management experience delivering complex IT initiatives.
• Strong recent experience managing enterprise networking projects, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, data centers, cloud networking, firewalls, network security, or network modernization.
• Proven ability to partner with Network Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification (required).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise networking and infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, and overall execution.
• Develop integrated project plans, track milestones, and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate governance, vendor management, procurement, and contract-related activities.
• Support financial forecasting, resource planning, and organizational change management.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and recommend contingency plans.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote project management best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of enterprise networking environments and modern IT infrastructure.
• Experience with SDLC and Project Management frameworks (PMI, Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, PRINCE2).
• Proven success managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with executive governance, financial management, vendor negotiations, and large-scale cross-functional transformation programs.
• Retail or eCommerce industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
