Senior Project Manager

Job Description

• Lead and oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage 2-4 projects concurrently across both ground-up and renovation/upfit work.
• Provide direct leadership and mentorship to a team of Project Managers.
• Drive project execution, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and client satisfaction.
• Partner closely with operations and preconstruction teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support employee development by coaching team members and elevating project management best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that contribute to repeat business opportunities.
• Work on a diverse portfolio that includes Class A office, medical office, institutional, corporate interiors, hospitality, mixed-use, and light industrial projects.

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Background in both ground-up and renovation/upfit construction preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Passion for developing teams and driving successful project outcomes.

• Base salary up to $175K.
• Discretionary bonus averaging 8%-15%.
