Description

Kforce's client in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Learning Solutions Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning solutions that support business objectives and workforce development. This role partners with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to create engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning environments while managing projects, resources, and overall solution quality. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise, project management skills, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities to drive impactful learning initiatives from concept through implementation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions aligned with business goals and learner needs
  • Partner with clients, business leaders, and subject matter experts to identify learning requirements and recommend effective solutions
  • Manage learning projects, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables
  • Oversee the creation of instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning programs
  • Ensure learning content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with instructional design best practices
  • Facilitate stakeholder reviews, project meetings, and feedback cycles to ensure quality and alignment
  • Monitor program performance through KPIs, learner feedback, and business outcomes
  • Support implementation of learning technologies, LMS platforms, and emerging learning tools
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, performance measurement, and process enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful learning program execution
  • Lead, mentor, and develop learning professionals and project team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of Learning & Development, instructional design, training, learning operations, or related experience
  • Experience managing learning programs, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience designing learning solutions across multiple delivery modalities
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or corporate learning environments
  • Leadership or people management experience
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies
  • Experience supporting enterprise learning, organizational change, or workforce transformation initiatives
  • Prior large-enterprise or consulting experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
