Job Description

The Senior Project Manager - Commercial will:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Oversee budgeting and cost control to maintain financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements on all sites.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and project teams to ensure quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Proactively address and resolve project-related challenges and issues.
