We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will join our Technology and Transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading major technology projects, with an initial focus on transformation within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead assigned projects and workstreams from initiation through to implementation, transition and formal closure
- Drive transformation initiatives within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, working across business, technology and external delivery partners
- Define clear project outcomes, scope, delivery plans, budgets, quality expectations and success measures
- Manage governance, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies and change control with a strong focus on practical delivery
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to shape work that delivers measurable business value
- Provide clear, decision-ready updates to sponsors and governance forums while surfacing emerging issues early
- Manage suppliers, delivery partners, commercial commitments and project financials within agreed tolerances
- Ensure testing, training, operational readiness and support arrangements are in place before transition into business operations
We are ideally seeking candidates with:
- Proven senior project management experience across complex business and technology projects
- Strong ERP implementation or migration experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment
- Broad technology experience across Microsoft platforms, enterprise applications, data and integrations
- Strong capability in governance, planning, financial management, risk management and delivery control
- Experience managing vendors, implementation partners and cross-functional stakeholder groups
- The ability to work autonomously, apply sound judgement and adapt delivery approaches to suit the environment
- A pragmatic, personable and grounded style with the confidence to lead without unnecessary bureaucracy
