    We&39re seeking a Contract Senior Project Manager for AI Integration in our retail practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. 4-6 month assignment.

    SUMMARY

    As a Senior Project Manager for AI Integration you will drive the successful delivery of a complex multi-phase enterprise initiative that establishes a single source of truth for item vendor and location data across the organization. This role combines strategic oversight with deep program management expertise translating business goals into actionable plans while managing interdependent workstreams. You will ensure that program outcomes including data quality improvement operational efficiency and technology modernization are delivered on time within budget and aligned to enterprise transformation objectives.

    YOU WILL

    • Lead large-scale cross-functional technology initiatives involving master data merchandising systems and product data workflows
    • Orchestrate multiple workstreams across systems integration workflow redesign data governance and organizational change management
    • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable plans for technical teams
    • Manage program dependencies data readiness activities and downstream system integration impacts
    • Serve as the central point of escalation resolving complex issues and aligning technical and business stakeholders
    • Drive accountability and maintain momentum across all program phases to deliver outcomes in complex environments
    • Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle
    • Enforce quality and delivery standards across all workstreams
    • IDEALLY WE&39D LIKE
    • Seven or more years of demonstrated experience in IT project or program management leading large-scale data-intensive technology initiatives
    • Direct experience managing complex projects involving product data workflows vendor onboarding supply chain data integration or similar initiatives
    • Strong understanding of retail business processes including merchandising sourcing pricing inventory management and supply chain operations
    • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira Smartsheet or Azure DevOps
    • Bachelor&39s degree in Information Technology Business Engineering Data Management or a related discipline
    • Project Management Professional certification Agile certification Scrum certification or equivalent project management qualification
    • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
    • Demonstrated track record of driving cross-functional teams and managing escalations in high-visibility program
    • Personal attributes including attention to detail adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement
