Description

Our client, a Financial company, is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator - General for their Richmond, VA location.

Responsibilities:

In this role, the individual reviews requests to add and modify supplier profiles in the vendor master while ensuring team metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
Additionally, the Specialist supports operational excellence by identifying and driving continuous process improvements.

Supplier Onboarding & Maintenance: Review, validate, and process requests to add or modify supplier information in the vendor master database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Compliance & Research: Perform required compliance vetting (e.g., tax, sanction, and risk checks) and conduct payables or vendor-related research.
Supplier Enablement: Provide high-touch support to enable suppliers on procurement platforms, specifically Coupa.
Process Innovation: Act as a change agent by challenging the status quo, disrupting inefficient processes, and leading process improvement initiatives within the Ops value stream.
Problem Solving: Identify innovative solutions to resolve complex system and operational challenges across multiple platforms.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal customers, vendors, and cross-functional leadership to inform and influence positive outcomes.

Requirements:

1+ years Customer Service Experience
1+ years of experience with Google Suite
1+ years of experience in Corporate Procurement or Supply Chain Ops
1+ years of experience with Enterprise Financial and Procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, PeopleSoft)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a track record of building positive vendor relationships
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a diverse, team-oriented environment.
