Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator, Portfolio & Alliance Strategy (Client), Global Medical Oncology
Work Location: PPK, NJ
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

This position reports to the Vice President, Portfolio & Alliance Strategy (Client), and is a key member of the Global Medical Oncology team. The primary responsibility of the Senior Project Coordinator is to support the execution of deliverables across Client, with a focus on the following areas:
Administrative and Operational Support
Contract and Budget Coordination Support (as needed)
Project Coordination and Support
Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Operational Support
Provide administrative support to the Client team for day-to-day operations and project-related activities as needed.
Manage calendars and coordinate meeting scheduling.
Prepare meeting minutes and track action items to ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate and organize on-site and off-site Client team meetings, including agenda development and logistics.
Collaborate with Human Resources to support recruitment activities, including candidate communications and interview scheduling.
Contract and Budget Coordination Support
Support Client team members in coordinating and finalizing project expenditures, purchase order creation, invoice processing, and related financial activities.
Project Coordination and Support
Assist with Client initiatives, which may include alliance management, portfolio strategy, biomarker initiatives, and clinical guidelines/pathways projects, including project documentation and stakeholder communications.
Manage and maintain Client SharePoint sites and related resources.
Coordinate agency and consultancy engagements as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical research, development, or commercialization; a scientific background is strongly preferred.
Experience in oncology.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, commitment to quality, and strong follow-through on deliverables.
Experience supporting large, cross-functional, and interdisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional organizations.
Advanced proficiency with Client Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced business environment.
