Job Details

You’ll be the technology partner for the firm’s operations functions, including people operations, internal growth, IT, and accounting. You’ll own the roadmap for Workday and Salesforce, guiding the use of Workday modules toward a single source of truth and prioritizing Salesforce customization. This role is business-facing rather than deeply technical.

What You’ll Own
Product strategy and roadmap for Workday and Salesforce
Workday module adoption and expansion as the firm’s system of record
Salesforce customization priorities and requirements
Intake and prioritization for people operations, accounting, IT, and growth teams
Partnership with CFO, COO, CPO, and people operations leaders
Coordination with implementation partners, vendor managers, and developers
Backlog management and Agile ceremonies
Product education, adoption, and M&A integration onboarding
What You Bring

Required
8+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or a related role
Hands-on product or program ownership with Workday and/or Salesforce
Experience partnering with executive and C-suite stakeholders
Experience working with implementation partners and vendors
Backlog management and Agile practice; Jira and Confluence

Preferred
Experience with both Workday and Salesforce
Workday HCM and Financials module exposure
Professional services firm background
CSPO or SAFe POPM certification
