Senior Product Manager - Manhattan Associates WMS

The Senior Product Manager will lead key warehouse management and fulfillment initiatives, with a strong focus on Manhattan Associates WMS. Working closely with stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for optimization, improve distribution center performance, and ensure seamless support for fulfillment operations.

Role Summary
The Senior Product Manager will lead key warehouse management and fulfillment initiatives, with a strong focus on Manhattan Associates WMS. This role will serve as a critical partner to operations and technology teams, ensuring system capabilities align with evolving business needs.

You will own product strategy and execution for WMS enhancements, manage priorities, and drive delivery across multiple initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for optimization, improve distribution center performance, and ensure seamless support for fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive multiple WMS related initiatives from planning through delivery
• Partner with warehouse operations and business stakeholders to define needs and priorities
• Manage product backlog, prioritization, and roadmap for Manhattan Associates WMS
• Lead enhancement and optimization efforts to improve system performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
• Support distribution center and fulfillment operations through system improvements
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

Key Requirements
• 7 plus years of Product Management experience with enterprise systems
• Deep expertise in Manhattan Associates WMS is required
• Strong background in warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution center operations
• Experience supporting supply chain technology and large scale environments
• Familiarity with retail or apparel industry operations preferred
• Ability to manage complex product backlogs and prioritize competing demands
• Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities in fast paced environments
