Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects across multiple teams and business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Facilitate project meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships when applicable.
  • Track project KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
  • Resolve project issues and remove blockers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology or software development environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PRINCE2.
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud technologies, enterprise software, or digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD processes, and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience managing distributed or global teams.
