Senior Product Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot/Microservices, Kafka, AWS/Azure, and MongoDB. The candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable production applications while focusing on performance, reliability, security, and resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and document scalable software solutions.
• Develop applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Build and maintain event-driven applications using Kafka.
• Work with MongoDB and other persistent storage technologies.
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS/Azure.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues.
• Improve application performance, reliability, resiliency, and security.
• Design and implement new capabilities within existing systems.
• Develop automated tests and ensure production quality.
• Implement monitoring and observability practices.
• Identify and address security vulnerabilities.
• Follow Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Mentor and support junior/mid-level engineers.
• Promote reusable, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions.

Required Skills

• 5 7 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design.
• Experience with REST APIs.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Location Requirement
