Product Engineer

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an engineering role supporting:
New Product Introduction (NPI) or product launch activities
Manufacturing or operations environments
Experience with engineering documentation, process control, and KPI tracking preferred.

Technical & Professional Skills
Working knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, PCBA/SMT concepts, and production workflows.
Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) processes and manufacturing documentation.
Understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and cost-reduction principles.

Exposure to quality systems and industry standards, such as: 

Core Tools
IATF / VDA
ISO 9001:2015
IMDS
Ability to apply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis methods.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Certifications
Project Management fundamentals, Core Tools, or VDA (preferred but not required).
Risk Management or quality-related certifications are a plus.
Language Skills
English: Advanced proficiency (professional working level).
