Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Process Analyst (Lean Six Sigma Belt) to join a financial services organization focused on driving operational excellence and process improvement. The Senior Process Analyst will lead initiatives to optimize business processes, reduce waste, and improve performance through data-driven methodologies. This role will partner closely with stakeholders and leadership to deliver measurable results aligned to business objectives. This position is hybrid in Raleigh NC. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities for the Senior Process Analyst:
- Lead and execute process-focused projects including process optimization, process mapping, statistical analysis, metrics development, and performance measurement
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies including the DMAIC framework to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements
- Develop and maintain process documentation including current and future state maps, performance metrics, reporting, and statistical analysis
- Partner with project champions and stakeholders to ensure initiatives align with business goals and defined project charters
- Provide regular status updates to leadership including project progress, results, and realized cost savings
- Design and develop target state processes including performance metrics, organizational alignment, and tool interaction
Requirements for the Senior Process Analyst:
- 7+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma certification required, Master Black Belt preferred
- Strong experience with process mapping, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision making
- Proven project management and change management experience
- Prior experience working within financial services or a regulated environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Compensation for the Senior Process Analyst:
- Salary range: $115,000-$125,000 plus bonus, depending on experience
