Job Description

Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.

Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including creating trial binders and coordinating exhibits.

Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.

Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.

Maintain and track deadlines for filings and court appearances.

Support attorneys during depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.

Handle electronic filing of legal documents with state and federal courts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Paralegal should have:

Experience with litigation case management and legal document preparation.

Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Knowledge of state and federal court procedures and rules.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
