Job Title:  Senior On-Site Service Specialist
Work Location:  Buffalo, NY
Duration:  Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Education/Experience Required:  High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• This role will require handling copier/printer requests, for toner, or if the machine goes down, they will attend as first responder.
• They will help with installation of new equipment as far as installing, removing and disposing of old equipment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• The hiring manager is looking for someone that is customer focused, able to work independently, as well as with a team, both internal employees and customer contacts.
• Some days could have a lot of walking, the ability to push machines with the help of others.
• Parking costs $9/day that will be reimbursed. 
• Dress Code: Business Casua
