We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network and voice communication environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong Cisco voice and networking experience, including Cisco Control Hub, Webex Contact Center, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
This role will support enterprise-wide network and telephony infrastructure, troubleshoot complex connectivity and voice issues, coordinate maintenance activities, and work with internal teams and technology vendors to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and optimize enterprise LAN/WAN and voice networks.
- Monitor network and telephony environments and troubleshoot incidents.
- Support Cisco voice and collaboration technologies.
- Perform moves, adds, and changes for users and employees.
- Troubleshoot advanced telephony and network issues.
- Work with vendor engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
- Support VoIP technologies such as SIP and CTI.
- Support telephony applications including Webex, IVR, call recording, and session border controllers.
- Assist with disaster recovery and fault-tolerant network solutions.
- Develop technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise network and voice projects.
- Support multi-vendor technology environments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
