Title: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90012
Duration: 12 Months
Work Mode: Hybrid – Onsite once a week
 
Position Description
The Senior Programmer is responsible for leading and/or working on complex IT application design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing applications.
 
Responsibilities include:

• Analyze and refine system requirements.
• Translate system requirements into application prototypes.
• Plan and design system architecture.
• Write, debug, and maintain code.
• Design application architecture and user interfaces.
• Work with customers to test applications.
• Ensure software and system quality and functionality.
• Integrate hardware and software components.
• Develop and maintain program documentation.
• Evaluate new application software technologies.
• Apply information security and assurance policies and practices.

 
Required Skills

• Strong knowledge and coding skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong knowledge and coding skills in .NET, Visual Studio, and open-source tools.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2012 or later.
• Strong SQL coding skills and experience creating stored procedures.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop work plans and technical documents covering system architecture, conversion, integration, testing, and implementation.
• Ability to oversee development and provide recommendations and status updates to management.
• Ability to develop functional requirements.
• Ability to effectively interact with customers, supervisors, and managers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 
Experience Required

• Minimum 7 years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.
• At least 4 years of experience in a lead capacity.
• 5+ years of experience building, coding, testing, and debugging Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform services.
• 5+ years of experience using Azure DevOps for team collaboration and version control.
• 5+ years of experience building, coding, testing, and debugging ASP.NET applications using C# and Visual Studio.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server 2012 or later, including Stored Procedures, Reporting Services, and Integration Services packages.
• 1+ year of experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.

 
Education

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
• Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
