Experienced Medical Assistants: bring your phlebotomy, vaccine-administration, and patient-care skills to a full-time clinic lead role. Support working adults in a professional corporate health center while helping coordinate patient flow, referrals, supplies, scheduling, and daily clinic readiness.
California Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) are also encouraged to apply. This is one full-time opening with two accepted qualification routes; you do not need both qualifications. Medical Assistants are considered at $72,000–$80,000 and LVNs at $80,000–$90,000. Clinical duties will be assigned within the selected candidate's training, competency, and applicable scope.
Medical Assistant route — $72,000–$80,000: At least three years of Medical Assistant or comparable outpatient clinical experience; completion of Medical Assistant education or training meeting applicable California requirements; and demonstrated competency for assigned duties. CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, or another recognized Medical Assistant certification is welcomed. Previous lead, coordinator, site-operations, or similar experience is required.
LVN route — $80,000–$90,000: Active, unrestricted California Licensed Vocational Nurse license and at least three years of LVN clinical experience. Experience administering vaccines and medications within LVN scope is required. Previous clinical coordination, lead, operations, or similar clinic-support experience is strongly preferred.
Medical Assistants perform permitted technical-support services within their documented training and competency. Injections and vaccine administration require appropriate written authorization and the legally required onsite supervision. Medical Assistants do not independently assess, diagnose, or make treatment decisions. LVNs work within their California license, applicable orders, and required clinical direction. The licensed clinical team retains responsibility for clinical decisions and supervision.
