Senior Mechanical Engineer – actuators/gearing/FEA

Established engineering firm has an opening for a Senior Mechanical Engineer. This position will allow you to work on world renowned projects including sports, entertainment, aerospace and amusement parks. Direct-hire position with very competitive benefits!

Duties:
* Design complex machinery (gearing, actuators, wheels and weldments)
* Produce engineering calculations
* Develop/monitor design budget and schedule
* Project Engineering responsibilities
* Participate in design reviews with contractor, architect and engineering consultants
* Perform stress/fatigue/FEA analysis

Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
* Experience with gearing, actuators, wheels, weldments and bearings
* GD&T knowledge
* Proficiency in using analysis software
* Solidworks proficiency

Salary: $110-155K
