Responsibilities:
Work on L2 for Maximo support project.
Provide L2 support for IBM Maximo EAM / MAS 8 & 9 environments, ensuring timely resolution of production issues and service requests.
Perform issue triage, defect analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and defect fixes for functional and technical incidents.
Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, impact assessments, and recommend scalable Maximo solutions.
Design, review, and oversee Maximo configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet business requirements. Perform peer reviews of technical designs, code changes, and defect resolutions to ensure quality and compliance.
Support and troubleshoot integrations with SAP, Oracle databases, and other enterprise applications
Collaborate with business users, development teams, and vendors to deliver enhancements and continuous improvements.
