The Senior Marketing Manager position is responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution to accelerate company growth. Senior Marketing Manager will lead, train, and mentor the internal Marketing team, as well as become a spokesperson of the LeaseLabs brand.
The Senior Marketing Manager position reports to the President.
Major Goals and Responsibilities:
Lead marketing initiatives across the company including multi-channel lead generation, go-to-market strategies for new product launches, brand refreshes, brand reputation management, and internal communications
Partner closely with Sales to drive revenue, meet monthly goals, and identify new pipeline expansion opportunities
Partner with Business Development team to manage new business proposals and presentations
Partner with product teams to identify enhancements and features that will drive incremental value for customers
Develop product-specific content to educate both internal teams and clients on multifamily marketing trends and best-practices
Maintain a strong understanding of multifamily and marketing industry trends, the competitive landscape and customer behaviors
Create best-practice processes for lead generation, with a clear focus on tracking, measuring and communicating performance
Articulate the projected and actual ROI of marketing activities
Build, maintain and optimize digital campaigns and capabilities extending across SEO, SEM & other digital channels
Continually push LeaseLabs positioning, messaging and branding to effectively tell our story across industry verticals
Oversee execution of all trade shows and events
Forecast annual business development and marketing budget
Analyze individual marketing team member performance to continually meet and exceed quarterly OKR objectives

Prerequisites:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related area
At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Marketing
Demonstrated experience managing direct reports
Demonstrated experience managing projects from conception to completion
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, across the organization, as well as work independently
Proven ability to meet goals in dynamic, fast changing environment
Flexible and able to work fast under tight deadlines with demanding quality requirements
Prior experience with Hubspot, Salesforce
Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
Experience with digital and direct response marketing
Ability to travel 25-30%
