Senior Manufacturing Technician

Hiring: Sr. Manufacturing Technician
Location: Portland, OR On-site
We are looking for an experienced technician to support manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot production issues, perform maintenance, and help improve equipment uptime.

Key Responsibilities:
Repair and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and document repairs
Maintain spare parts and backup equipment
Support Manufacturing and Quality Engineers
Set up and modify production equipment and workstations
Identify equipment issues and suggest improvements
Troubleshoot complex technical problems
Mentor junior technicians

Requirements:
Associate Degree or equivalent experience
Experience in manufacturing/technical
Strong equipment troubleshooting and repair skills
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
Experience with tools and test equipment
Knowledge of preventive maintenance
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience working in a quality-focused environment
