With a strong focus on process optimization, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction, the company provides an environment where talented engineers can make a visible contribution while expanding their technical and leadership capabilities.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement manufacturing processes that support production efficiency, quality, and cost objectives.Lead process development activities for new product introductions and production launches.Analyze existing manufacturing operations and identify opportunities to improve productivity and process capability.Program, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing equipment and production processes.Design and develop tooling, fixtures, gauges, and process solutions that support manufacturing objectives.Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to drive sustainable operational gains.Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions using structured problem-solving techniques.Validate product and process quality through testing methods, process capability analysis, and data-driven decision making.Evaluate capital equipment investments, develop business cases, and manage equipment implementation projects.Partner with engineering, operations, quality, tooling, and customer teams to deliver manufacturing solutions and improve product performance.Maintain engineering documentation, process procedures, and performance reporting.Own and enhance PFMEA activities to strengthen process reliability and risk mitigation efforts.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a related industrial environment.Experience supporting manufacturing process development, continuous improvement, and production optimization initiatives.Knowledge of machining processes such as grinding, turning, honing, and milling is highly desirable.Understanding of automotive quality systems, ISO/IATF standards, and manufacturing best practices.Proficiency with CAD software and engineering analysis tools.Strong analytical capabilities with experience using statistical methods, process controls, and root cause analysis techniques.Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Results-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement, quality, and operational excellence.What's on OfferOpportunity to join a respected manufacturing organization with a strong commitment to quality and engineering excellence.Direct involvement in new product launches and advanced manufacturing process development.Exposure to capital equipment projects and strategic operational improvement initiatives.Collaborative, team-oriented environment partnering with engineering, operations, quality, and customer stakeholders.Ability to lead impactful projects that improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.Career growth opportunities within an innovative and technically advanced manufacturing setting.Opportunity to expand expertise in Lean manufacturing, process engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
