Description

This Automation and Controls Engineer will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product realization projects
• Designing and developing manufacturing equipment and automation systems
• Programming and integrating PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and electromechanical controls
• Troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and production processes
• Creating standardized operating procedures and production documentation
• Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency

Profile

A Successful Automation and Controls Engineer will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred
• Experience programming PLCs, HMIs, and robotics
• Proficiency with CAD software
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T specifications
• Knowledge of sensor and measurement technologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
