Step into a leadership role as a Partnership Tax Senior Manager, where you will oversee the production of primary and secondary reviews for complex tax returns. You will act as a strategic advisor for partnership clients, leveraging a collaborative environment and high-quality tools to deliver innovative tax solutions and drive business growth.
Your Leadership Impact
Strategic Oversight: Lead multiple client service teams across diverse industries, ensuring tax projects are planned, executed, and completed within budget.
Technical Authority: Evaluate tax aspects of partnership agreements and manage IRC 704(b) capital accounts.
Business Development: Identify new opportunities, lead proposal developments, and cultivate lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Expert Consulting: Market, design, and implement sophisticated tax-planning strategies, with a heavy focus on Sub-chapter K partnership taxation.
Talent Mentorship: Attract, train, and mentor a team of talented professionals, conducting performance reviews to foster their career growth.
The Must-Haves:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Certification: CPA Required (with an active license).
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience, including significant time in public accounting.
Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in US GAAP, partnership returns, joint ventures, and non-corporate entity tax returns.
The Nice-to-Haves:
Specialized Expertise: Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
Software Fluency: Advanced skills in tax-related software for research and return processing.
