    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Senior Manager, Enterprise Performance translates GoGoMeds’ strategic priorities into measurable business results. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this leader partners across Pharmacy Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality and Human Resources to strengthen enterprise decision-making, improve performance visibility, and accelerate execution of high-priority initiatives. The role owns the operating mechanisms that connect strategy, execution, adoption, and benefits realization in a fast-growing compounding pharmacy environment.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Build deep expertise in enterprise reporting tools, operational systems, financial data, and performance metrics; deliver clear, accurate, and intuitive leadership reporting.

    · Establish a consistent performance-management framework connecting strategic priorities, operating plans, financial commitments, and measurable outcomes.

    · Monitor company performance, identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and provide decision-ready analysis and recommendations to senior leaders.

    · Lead the development and ongoing management of enterprise OKRs, KPIs, scorecards, targets, and accountable ownership.

    · Support executive governance, operating cadences, business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and follow-up on decisions, commitments, and deadlines.

    · Coordinate major enterprise workstreams, including operating-model improvements, technology modernization, workforce transition, capacity expansion, customer experience, and analytics modernization.

    · Partner with initiative owners to define scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, success measures, and recovery actions.

    · Develop business cases and value-realization plans with Finance and business leaders; track expected and realized operational and financial benefits.

    · Create executive and Board-level presentations that translate complex data into concise narratives, tradeoffs, and recommendations.

    · Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops, influence without direct authority, and build alignment around enterprise priorities.

    · Travel and work onsite as required to support business operations, stakeholder engagement, and company-sponsored events.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

    · Five or more years of relevant experience in enterprise performance, strategy, operations, finance, transformation, program management, management consulting, or a related discipline.

    · At least two years of cross-functional experience with Operations and Finance teams.

    · Demonstrated experience managing KPIs, operating reviews, strategic initiatives, or enterprise programs.

    · Intermediate or advanced Excel skills and experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations.

    · Strong analytical, written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.

    · Ability to travel and work onsite based on business needs.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    · Experience in U.S. healthcare, pharmacy operations, compounding pharmacy, pharmaceutical services, healthcare technology, or another regulated environment.

    · Experience in a fast-growing, multi-site, or operationally complex organization.

    · Management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or enterprise program-management experience.

    · Experience with Power BI or Tableau and with business-case development and benefits tracking.

    · Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
