Change Management Specialist

Summary
This position involves serving as a Change Management and Communications Specialist within a large, matrixed company. The role requires influencing and guiding changes within projects and transformations, creating and driving Change Plans, and producing the necessary artifacts, communications, or deliverables to drive change. The specialist will coordinate meetings, drive action items, and utilize analytical thinking.
 
Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with internal clients to understand upcoming changes in people, processes, systems, behaviors, or culture.
• Run working team meetings, facilitating discussions and sharing screens.
• Influence and guide changes, convincing upper leadership of the importance of change management.
• Conduct interviews and research to write rollout communications.
• Design materials in MS PowerPoint to support change rollout.
• Review and edit communications to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Coordinate activities and ensure consistent and timely execution of change implementation plans.
• Use surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather perspectives and measure change adoption.

 
Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, transformation leadership, or strategic communication.
• 2-year degree required, bachelor's preferred; open to Master's with 2-3 years of experience.
• Experience in roles such as Change Management Consultant, Communications Representative, Public Relations Specialist, Program Manager, or Executive Coach.

 
Skills

• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead without authority.
• Problem-solving and adaptability.
• Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
• Understanding of organizational change management principles.
• Bonus: Ability to share screen and make writing and design edits in real-time.
• Strong communication, execution, and leadership skills.
• Presentation and workshop facilitation confidence.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $48.00 - $52.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
