Position Overview
PDM is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Digital Experience to lead the strategy, optimization, and day-to-day management of the company's digital presence.
This role is responsible for transforming PDM's website into a best-in-class digital experience that effectively communicates our brand, showcases our technical expertise, and generates qualified sales opportunities. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, IT, and external agencies, this individual will own website strategy, user experience, conversion optimization, analytics, SEO, and digital performance.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has extensive experience managing enterprise WordPress websites in B2B technology, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or infrastructure organizations.
