    The Corporate Compliance team supports consistent, effective education, communications, and policy and standards governance. We partner across Compliance, Risk, and business teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical resources, governance processes, and learning solutions that help personnel understand expectations, make informed decisions, and support regulatory readiness.

    This senior individual contributor role serves as a key connector across education, communications, and governance programs. This role will lead through influence, drive strategic execution, and create practical solutions that strengthen compliance awareness, consistency, adoption, and accountability across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning & Execution

    • Own planning, prioritization, and execution for education, communications, and policy and standards initiatives.

    • Coordinate project plans, stakeholder engagement, risks, dependencies, and implementation activities.

    • Develop reporting, metrics, and recommendations to demonstrate program effectiveness, adoption, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

    Compliance Education & Communications

    • Translate regulatory requirements, policies, and standards into practical training, communications, and learning resources.

    • Deliver clear, actionable communications that support compliance priorities, education programs, and policy and standards updates.

    • Evaluate feedback, data, and engagement insights to improve understanding, adoption, and sustained behavior change.

    Policy & Standards Governance

    • Support the policy and standards lifecycle, including planning, review, approval, implementation, and maintenance.

    • Maintain governance documentation, reporting, and evidence required to support oversight, audit, and regulatory expectations.

    • Partner with stakeholders to assess impacts, plan for change, drive implementation, and promote consistency across compliance policies and standards.

    Simplifies complex compliance and governance concepts into clear, actionable messages while building alignment, supporting change adoption, and influencing stakeholders through trusted partnerships.

    Compliance & Governance Acumen

    Applies strong compliance, risk, and governance knowledge to ensure policies, standards, training, and communications are effective, consistent, and aligned with regulatory expectations.

    What you have

    equired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.

    • Experience in compliance, risk, governance, communications, learning, change management, or a related field.

    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.

    • Experience supporting compliance education, communications, policy and standards governance, or regulatory implementation initiatives.

    • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a cross-functional environment as an individual contributor.
