    Position Summary...

    This Senior Manager Communications job posting will fill positions supporting Global People. These are key members of our team, supporting People initiatives across Walmart International, Corporate Functions, and Technology/Product. This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong writing and storytelling skills, to help drive change, strengthen engagement, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

    • Turn business and Global People priorities into clear, compelling communications and stories 
    • Lead communications strategies across internal and external audiences 
    • Advise senior leaders on messaging, reputation, risk and key moments 
    • Spot opportunities to tell Walmart's People story in fresh, relevant ways 
    • Partner across teams to bring big ideas to life and drive meaningful impact

    Global People Communications helps tell the story of Walmart's people and culture. We work alongside leaders and teams across the business to strengthen Walmart's reputation, engage associates and navigate important moments through owned and earned channels. It's fast-paced, highly collaborative and gives you a front-row seat to what's happening across Walmart.

    The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
