Job Description
As the Senior Manager, Capital Engineering, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of North America's digital engineering and asset digitization initiatives across the United States and Canada. This highly visible leadership role will drive a multi-year, transformation program focused on modernizing operations through innovative technologies, enhanced asset visibility, and data-driven decision making.
In this role, you will lead a team of talented engineering professionals while partnering with Operations, Quality, Health & Safety, Finance, and external technology providers to deliver complex capital projects from concept through commissioning. Success will require a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to execute large-scale automation and digital engineering programs that improve reliability, efficiency, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
Location: Near a major U.S. airport
Travel: Up to 50% throughout North America
The successful candidate will drive capital investment strategies, lead the execution of digital transformation initiatives, and ensure the successful deployment of automation, tracking, and intelligent asset management technologies across the network. This position also provides leadership for a team of engineers and serves as a key partner in advancing operational excellence through innovation and continuous improvement.
