SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Centurion Maintenance - Baton Rouge, LA Centurion Maintenance is expanding and seeking experienced maintenance technicians who take pride in high-quality workmanship and professional standards.
We service Commercial and Light Industrial facilities.
This role is strictly service, maintenance, and remodeling work - NOT new commercial construction.

What This Role Requires This position is for seasoned technicians who can operate independently and solve problems without constant supervision. Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years hands-on multi-trade experience• Strong diagnostic ability across multiple trades• Experience in commercial environments• Ability to read scopes and execute without micromanagement• Professional communication with clients and office staff• Clean driving record• Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and documentation• Must supply basic trade tools
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.• Comfortable working on ladders and lifts• Maintain safe jobsite practices
