Locations: Atlanta, GA/ Charlotte, NC/ Raleigh, NC - onsite
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $40 - $45/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team for a 6-month duration, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mainframe development and experience in managing offshore teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, ChangeMan, File Aid/File Manager, DFSORT, Syncsort, and Easytrieve
• Experience in developing high-performing, scalable, and innovative end-to-end applications
• Experience in migration from legacy to distributed systems
• Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, and Testing Techniques
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with API through middleware
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of business requirements

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the selected technology for the project
• Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
• Collaborate with other technical partners and Product Owners
