    What You Will Do

    • Manage a substantial caseload of consumer warranty litigation matters from inception to resolution.
    • Develop and implement effective case strategies, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
    • Oversee all aspects of discovery, ensuring thorough and timely responses.
    • Collaborate with team leadership and institutional clients to mitigate risk and secure favorable outcomes.
    • Represent clients in state and federal court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings.
    • Lead settlement negotiations and mediations to achieve efficient case resolutions.
    • Apply mass tort principles to manage a high volume of cases effectively.

    Ideal Candidate Background

    • 8+ years of experience in litigation, with a strong focus on warranty and lemon law.
    • Proven track record in handling civil litigation matters independently.
    • Expertise in motion practice and discovery processes.
    • Ability to manage a large docket and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong communication skills for client interactions and court appearances.

    Preferred

    • Experience transitioning from insurance defense or another civil litigation practice.
    • Familiarity with mass tort principles and high-volume case management.
    • Previous involvement in settlement negotiations or mediations.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The base salary for this role ranges from $200K to $315K, commensurate with experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports both professional growth and personal well-being.
