Job Details

Substantial litigation experience, with a specific and demonstrated track record handling matters before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Active license to practice law in New York State is required.

Strong appellate brief-writing and oral argument experience.

Ability to work onsite in Manhattan for the first 3–6 months, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation matters with a high degree of independence.

Strong written and verbal advocacy skills, with comfort operating in a fast-paced, partner-facing environment.

Comfort working as outside appellate counsel across matters originated by other law firms, including quickly getting up to speed on unfamiliar case records and underlying subject matter.
