Senior Litigation Attorney

Senior Litigation Attorney (Healthcare + Commercial) – Houston, TX

I’m working directly with leadership at a well-established Texas-based law firm that is continuing to expand its complex litigation and healthcare regulatory practice.

This is an opportunity for a senior-level attorney who wants to own cases end-to-end—not just contribute. The role combines high-stakes commercial litigation with meaningful exposure to healthcare regulatory and administrative proceedings.

Compensation is highly competitive and structured to reward performance and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex litigation matters from inception through trial

• Handle motion practice, including dispositive motions and injunctions (TROs/temporary injunctions)

• Take and defend depositions (fact and expert)

• First-chair or play a significant role in trial and evidentiary hearings

• Manage client relationships and serve as a strategic advisor

• Participate in administrative and regulatory proceedings (CMS, OSHA, licensing boards, etc.)

• Mentor junior attorneys and help drive case strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of litigation experience (commercial litigation preferred)

• Strong trial background, including evidentiary hearings and depositions

• Experience handling cases independently with minimal oversight

• Background in healthcare regulatory or administrative law is strongly preferred (not required)

• Familiarity with CMS, Stark, Anti-Kickback, or state regulatory frameworks is a plus

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
