Korn Ferry is partnering with a France-based, publicly listed global retail technology company in a search for a senior legal leader to head the legal function across the Americas.Our client is scaling rapidly in the Americas and expanding beyond electronic shelf labels into a broader retail technology platform that includes IoT, cloud software, AI, computer vision, retail media, and recurring services.The Role This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded lawyer who can lead complex commercial transactions with major retailers and strategic enterprise customers while also bringing the breadth to advise on technology, compliance, data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and broader business matters.
